In just one hour, Nintendo is hosting the Super Smash Bros Invitational. Nintendo has invited some of the top players in the competitive Smash community to come and essentially feel out this new game. Nintendo wants Smash Bros to not only be casual fun, but to also leave its mark on the competitive fighting scene. Considering Super Smash Bros Brawl was looked down upon by the fighting community, this is a very bold move from Nintendo. I look forward to Nintendo's tournament tonight, and can not wait to see how Smash Bros is looking on Wii U!
